Included in this Workout Plan are 3 Different Training Phases lasting 4-5 weeks each.
I have designed each Phase to gradually increase in difficulty as you go to ensure that you keep making progress and avoid hitting plateaus!
Over the course of this program you will focus on alternating between Full Body Workouts and Cardiovascular Endurance Workouts to build a solid foundation that you can continue to improve on once you have completed it!
