Looking for a workout that you can do anywhere at any time? Try out this free at-home workout that you can do any time and the only equipment you need is yourself and a timer!
Workout Rules:
4 rounds of 21 reps each – 24 minutes Total
– Set a timer for 1 minute.
– Complete 21 reps of the first exercise (Jump Squats)
– Whatever time is left over in the minute is the amount of time that you can rest.
– When the minute is up and restarts move on to the next exercise.
– Complete 4 rounds of the circuit.
